Michael + Erin's wedding
It has been so fun to look over these photos again this past week. Michael and Erin had a lovely wedding up at Bridal Veil Lakes in the Gorge. It is by far our favorite venue to shoot at. There is not a bad angle! It also helps to have a photogenic couple ;) The day was stunning from start to end, here are our favorite shots from the day. Congrats Michael + Erin!
We have to give a shout out to some of our favorite vendors that made this wedding so great! Shawn Whittemore from Event Team Entertainment kept the guests happy and on the dance floor. And our favorite invitation designer, Lindsay of Linzmarie Designs did the invites, programs and place setting decorations.

day at the park with Kiersten
Yesterday evening I was lucky enough to go to the Crystal Springs Rhododendron Park with my niece Kiersten and my sister Nicole. We had fun feeding the ducks and running around looking for squirrels. She sure is growing fast, she is only a couple months away from being 2! How time flies! Little trips like these are the ones I cherish the most.

Wowsa, was this a HOT and HUMID wedding. Despite the weather yesterday, everyone still had a great day and we loved the results!

Some more fun shots with my new lomo camera that Josh got me for my birthday. It uses 4 different lenses to expose 4 shots on one 35mm frame. Really fun results!

Allie + Dan's engagement shoot
We photographed Allie and Dan last week in the Pearl District for their engagement shoot. They brought along their two black labs for the first part of the shoot which was a fun way to get things rolling. At one point, we found a shopping cart and had some fun with Dan pushing Allie around. They are getting married later this summer so stay tuned for more from these two!

Our good friend and office mate - Travis Shields of Shields Films- is starting up an ingenious website where people can meet their wedding vendors via the magic of video. The new site is called Portland Bridal TV and we are featured on the blog right now! Kimberly's model shoot
We have had the pleasure of working with Kimberly behind the scenes this summer. She has been helping us with hair and make-up on some of our recent model shoots. But tonight, she stepped out into the limelight and worked as a model for us. She did a phenomenal job! We loved taking her out to Sauvie Island as the sun went down.
