sharing is nice

Josh and I have developed the habit of showing our clients shots as we take them. We hope it gives our clients some confidence and excitement with how they are working with us. It is hard not to let clients see, especially when Josh and I start "oooohing and aaaahing" as we look at our cameras. Gotta love digital!! Here is a shot I snapped of Josh as he showed off one of his shots to Tina and Dana at their wedding this August 4th.

Meg & Mick's Wedding

What a celebration on 07-28-07!
This was a vacation for all the people attending Meg and Mick's wedding. It started 4 days prior at Anderson Lodge. There was fishing, swimming, vollyball and just having a great time. On the day of the wedding, everybody was in a wonderful mood and ready for the wedding to kick off as the grand finale of the week. Seeing how in love Meg & Mick are and capturing it through our cameras makes our job the best in the world.

Oh, and we must give props to one of the best dogs we have ever worked with. Meg and Mick's dog Seb was so fun to work with all day. He is very well behaved and so sweet! He was thier ring bearer during the ceremony and hung around all day with everyone.

Senior Photo's

Our awesome niece Kristine travelled all the way from Colorado at the end of
July to come visit us up here in Portland. She helped photograph two weddings
with us and at the end of her trip we had the pleasure of doing her senior
portraits for her. It was a first for us, so we had a ton of fun! Kristine is
nothing but smiles and laughter, not to mention she is gorgeous!

Thanks Kristine for the fun! And congrats on your final year in Highschool!

Ryan & Jessica 07.27.07

Ryan and Jessica were married at Beckenridge Vineyard in Dallas Oregon. It was a sweet wedding on an amazing day. There was nothing but blue skies and a warm breeze all day long. There ceremony was performed by Jessicas Grandpa and it brought tears and laughter to everybody. Jessica and Ryan had a calm and relaxed feeling about them all day with a touch of playfulness and excitemnet. Here are some our favorite pictures of the day.

Robin & Kevin Engagement Shoot

Got to love the weather in Oregon! On the day we planned Robin & Kevin's engagement shoot it was rainy and gloomy. It looked like it was going to be an umbrella shoot. (something we always have to be prepared for!) When we decided on a place with some covering the rain stopped and it turned into a beautiful day just like this couple. We hung out for hours at the Portland Zoo, rode the train and ended the shoot on 23rd street in Portland. Robin & Kevin were nothing but smiles and laughter. We had tons of fun and can't wait for thier big day just around the corner.
