We held a mini contest this past week for a free Valentine's Day photo shoot. We got a great response for only having a couple days for people to apply. In the end it was way too hard to choose just one winner. We did choose one couple for the hour long photo shoot prize, but we offered free 30 minute sessions to all the couples that applied. Here is one couple that took us up on the offer: Heidi and Justin. They were wonderful to work with and the weather was amazing. It had been raining all morning and then 5 minutes after we were supposed to start the photo shoot, the sun broke though and it ended up being a perfect day for photos. We walked around the waterfront and 1st street.
Next year Josh and I have decided to do a "Free Valentine's Day Photo Shoot Extravaganza" and do a full day of free photo shoots so that we don't have to choose just one winner. Don't forget to check back next winter for details!

beautiful! i think you know this but i am designing their wedding invitations. what a fun, sweet couple!! glad you had fun with them :)
they look like such a fun couple! I especially love the first three - but that third one is simply fabulous! you really captured a sense of their joy and personality in that one.
